The Plant Operations Portal gives you a single, mobile-friendly place to check the plant's daily performance — safety man-hours, production, stock levels, and sales by customer — and, if you're an admin, to enter or bulk-upload each day's figures.
| Viewer | Can log in and read the daily report, and switch between dates. Cannot add or edit data, and doesn't see the Manage Users option. |
| Admin | Everything a Viewer can do, plus adding daily entries, bulk-uploading CSV files, and managing user accounts. |
Your session is kept for 30 days on that browser ("Stay logged in"), so you shouldn't need to log in again every time unless you explicitly log out or clear your browser's cookies.
After logging in, you'll see the Main Menu with a short list of options:
Tap the logout icon in the top-right corner of this screen at any time to sign out.
Tap "Operations Report" from the Main Menu. The report opens on today's date — or, if nothing has been recorded for today yet, it automatically shows the most recent day that does have data, so you always land somewhere useful.
Moving between days
| HSE Man-Hours banner | A running man-hours-without-incident style safety figure for the plant. |
| Production table | Plant Rate, PTA Production, and Silo Adjustment, each with Daily / MTD / Plan columns and a Total row. |
| MTD Production Trend | Tap this card to expand a line chart of daily production so far this month. |
| Stocks table | PTA, PX, AA, and Trading AA quantities across each storage location, with a Total row. |
| Sales table | Every customer's Daily, MTD, and Plan (monthly target) sales figures, with a Total row. |
| MTD Sales Trend | Tap this card to expand a line chart of daily sales so far this month. |
Because MTD adds up as the month goes on, it's normal for it to be far larger than the Daily figure by the middle or end of the month — that's the running total working as intended, not an error.
Tap the bell icon in the top-right of the report header and allow notifications when your browser asks. Once enabled, the app checks every 30 seconds for new data; if something's been saved since you opened the page, you'll get a "📊 Data Updated!" notification and the page refreshes automatically so you're always looking at the latest figures.
From the Report screen, tap "Add Entry" at the bottom of the screen. Pick the date at the top, then fill in whichever of the three tabs you have figures for:
| Ops | HSE Man Hours, Plant Rate, Prod Daily, Plan Target, Silo Adjustment. |
| Stock | PTA (Warehouse & Silo), PX (EVTL & Plant), AA (EVTL & Plant), Trading AA (EVTL & Chempro). |
| Sale | For each customer: an actual sales figure and a plan/target figure. |
Tap "SAVE DATA" when you're done. You don't have to fill in every field every time — anything left blank keeps whatever was saved before, so it's perfectly fine to, say, update just today's production numbers in the morning and add the sales figures later in the day without re-entering everything else.
If you have several days of figures ready in a spreadsheet, it's faster to upload them all at once instead of typing each day in by hand.
The report opened to a date I didn't expect.
If today has no HSE man-hours recorded yet, the report automatically shows the most recent day that does. Use the date picker to jump to any specific day you need.
I forgot my password.
There's no self-service reset — ask your admin to reset your password for you.
I don't see "Add Entry" or "Manage Users."
Those options only appear for Admin accounts. If you need to enter data and only have a Viewer account, ask an admin to upgrade your role.
A number on the report looks wrong.
Double-check whether you're looking at Daily, MTD, or Plan (Section 5) — mixing these up is the most common source of confusion. If the figure still looks wrong after that, contact whoever last entered the day's data, since manual entries and CSV uploads both keep old values for anything left blank, so an old value can persist if a field is accidentally skipped.
My bulk upload didn't look right afterward.
This can happen if the CSV file's columns don't line up with what the upload tool expects (see the warning in Section 8). Contact IT before re-uploading.
