New Employee
1. Welcome to the Onboarding Portal

The Lotte Chemical Pakistan Onboarding Portal is where you complete all the paperwork needed to join the company. Instead of filling out paper forms, you’ll fill in your personal details, education history, employment history, family and nomination details, and bank information directly on the website, then submit everything to HR with one click.

Before you start
Keep the following ready as PDF files (except your photo): your CNIC, your spouse’s CNIC (if married), and your education certificates. You’ll also need a recent passport-style photo in JPG or PNG format.
2. Activating your account

Step-by-step

  1. Check your email inbox for an invitation message from HR containing a unique activation link.
  2. Click the link. It will open an "Activate Account" page with your email address already filled in and locked.
  3. Enter your full name exactly as it should appear on official records.
  4. Create a password and re-enter it to confirm. Passwords must be at least 6 characters.
  5. Click "Activate & Register." You'll see a confirmation message with a link to the login page.
Important
Each activation link can only be used once. Once your account is activated, use the regular login page (not the activation link) for all future visits.
If your link says "Invalid or expired invitation link," it has already been used or HR has not yet issued it — contact HR rather than trying it again.
3. Logging In
  1. Go to the portal's login page.
  2. Enter the email address HR used to invite you.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click "Login."
No password reset option yet
The portal does not currently have a "Forgot Password" feature. If you're locked out, contact HR directly and ask them to reset your account.
4. Your Dashboard

After logging in, you land on your personal Dashboard. This is your home base — it shows your current status and gives you access to the Employment Application Form.

Understanding your status badge

In ProgressYou have not yet submitted your application. You can freely open, edit, and save the Employment Application Form as many times as you like.
Submitted to HRYou have submitted your completed application. The form is now shown as view-only from the Dashboard.

While your status is "In Progress," the Dashboard shows a red "Go to Application Form" button and a "Submit to HR" button at the bottom of the page. Once you submit, the button changes to "Application Submitted (View Only)."

5. Completing the Employment Application Form

Click "Go to Application Form" from your Dashboard. The form is organized into seven expandable sections. Click each section's heading bar to open it, fill in the fields, and move to the next section. You do not have to complete every section in one sitting — see Section 6 on saving drafts.

Only PDFs are accepted here
The CNIC and education document uploads only accept .pdf files — if your document is a photo or scan in JPG/PNG format, convert it to PDF first, or the upload will silently be ignored.
Only your passport photo (Section 1) accepts JPG/PNG.
6. Saving Your Progress (Draft Mode)

At the bottom of the Employment Application Form is a "Save Draft" button. Click it any time to save everything you've entered so far — you do not need to finish the whole form in one sitting.

Use « Back to Dashboard at any time to return without losing already-saved data (be sure to click "Save Draft" first if you've made changes).

7. Uploading Documents
Passport photo JPG, PNG Section 1
Your CNIC PDF only Section 7
Spouse's CNIC PDF only Section 7
Education certificates PDF (multiple) Section 7
Salary certificate (prev. employer) PDF, JPG, PNG Bank & Tax

To replace a document you've already uploaded, tick its "Delete" checkbox and choose a new file in the same field, then click Save Draft — the old file will be removed and the new one saved.

8. Bank & Income Tax Details

Separately from the Employment Application Form, there is a Bank & Income Tax Details page (the "Confidential Salaries Section") used by Payroll to set up your salary payments. If you don't see a direct link to it on your Dashboard, ask HR for the page address.

Click "Save Bank Details" to store this information. Like the Employment Form, you can return and update it later — your saved values will be pre-filled.

9. Submitting your application to HR
  1. A confirmation pop-up will ask: "Are you sure you have completed all sections? You cannot edit after submitting." Click OK to confirm.
  2. Your status changes to "Submitted to HR" and HR is notified that your application is ready for review.
  3. If you try to submit before saving any Employment Form details at all, the system will stop you and ask you to fill the form first.
This step is meant to be final
Submitting tells HR your application is complete and ready for processing — treat "Submit to HR" as a one-way action, and make sure every section is accurate first.
If you discover an error after submitting, don't try to re-open the form — contact HR directly so they can assist.
10. Frequently Asked Questions
My activation link doesn’t work. What do I do? Links can only be used once and are unique to you. If yours has already been used, or you can’t find it, contact HR to have a new one issued.
I forgot my password. There is no self-service password reset. Contact HR to have your password reset for you.
Why won’t my file upload? Check the file format: CNIC and education documents must be PDF files; your photo must be JPG or PNG. Files in the wrong format are silently rejected, so double-check the format if an upload doesn’t appear to save.
Can I edit my application after submitting it? The Dashboard treats your submitted application as view-only, and submitting is intended to be final. If something needs to change after submission, contact HR rather than trying to edit it yourself.
The "Submit to HR" button gave me an error. This happens if you try to submit before saving any information in the Employment Application Form. Open the form, fill in your details, click "Save Draft," then return to the Dashboard and submit.
11. Keeping Your Information Safe

This portal collects sensitive personal information — your CNIC, your spouse's and children's CNIC/B-Form numbers, your bank details, and scanned copies of official documents. A few good habits:
