The LCPL Feedstock Dashboard is a real-time intelligence tool built for Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited to monitor the pricing, spreads, inventory and logistics of the key raw materials that feed the company's manufacturing operations. It brings together daily, weekly and monthly price movements for Crude Oil (WTI), Paraxylene (PX), Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA) and Acetic Acid (AA), alongside stock levels, ship arrival schedules and a forward-looking price forecast.
This guide is written for everyone who views the dashboard — commercial, supply chain, finance and management users — to help you read the numbers correctly, filter to the period you need, and export a clean report whenever you need to share it.

Open the dashboard in any modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, or Safari recommended). No login is required to view data — the dashboard opens directly on the main screen showing the latest available figures. An Admin Login is only needed if you intend to add or edit data (see the Admin Guide).
The dashboard is organized top-to-bottom into five main areas, each of which can be expanded or collapsed independently:

| Admin Login | Top-right. Opens the administrator sign-in dialog for authorised data-entry users. |
| Back to Admin Panel | Top-right (admins only). Returns to the data-entry console after an admin has switched to view the live dashboard. |
| Logout | Top-right (admins only). Ends the administrator session and hides admin-only controls. |
The Daily Report gives you a same-day snapshot of feedstock prices. Use the date picker in the header to view any past day for which data has been entered.
The top row of five cards shows the raw price for each commodity on the selected date:
The second row of four cards shows the percentage change versus the previous available day for Oil, PX, PTA and PTA Spread — a quick read on whether the market moved up or down.
Click the "Monthly Price" header to expand a day-by-day table of Crude Oil, PX, PTA, PTA Spread and Acetic Acid prices for the currently selected month. Use this to trace how prices trended across the month rather than viewing one day at a time.
The Weekly Report summarizes prices as weekly averages, which smooth out daily volatility and are useful for medium-term trend analysis.
Expand the "Weekly Average Prices" table beneath the KPI cards to see every recorded week for the current month, with each commodity's average side by side.
The Stock Report tracks warehouse and tank inventory for the three core materials:
Expand the "Stock Report" table to view the recorded inventory level for every date in the selected month, helping you spot drawdown trends or restocking needs at a glance.
The Monthly Report is the dashboard's most detailed view, combining averages, trend charts, logistics tables and a 12-month forecast in one collapsible section.
Two dropdowns at the top of the Monthly Report let you choose the period to analyse:
Four KPI cards display the monthly average for Crude Oil, PX, PTA, Acetic Acid and the PTA Spread for the period selected in the filters above.
Two side-by-side tables list upcoming and completed feedstock shipments, each showing the tentative arrival date (±5 days), contract type (Term/Spot), origin, quantity in metric tons, and a status badge:

The forecast chart at the bottom of the Monthly Report plots the Wood Mackenzie Petrochemical Insight (PCI) forward price forecast for PX and PTA across all twelve months of the year, giving planning and finance teams visibility into expected price direction.
Click the Export PDF button in the header at any time to generate a shareable snapshot of the dashboard exactly as it currently appears on your screen.
| WTI | West Texas Intermediate — a global benchmark grade of crude oil used as the dashboard's oil price reference. |
| PX | Paraxylene — a key petrochemical feedstock derived from crude oil, priced here on a North-East Asia CFR basis via Platts. |
| PTA | Purified Terephthalic Acid — produced from PX and used to manufacture polyester; priced on a CFR China basis via ICIS. |
| PTA Spread | The margin between the PTA selling price and its underlying PX feedstock cost — a key profitability indicator. |
| Acetic Acid (AA) | A chemical co-feedstock priced on a South Asia basis via ICIS. |
| MT | Metric Ton — the standard unit of weight used for stock and shipment quantities. |
| CFR | Cost and Freight — a pricing/delivery term meaning the price includes the cost of goods and freight to the destination port. |
| Term / Spot | Contract types for shipments: Term = a scheduled long-term supply agreement; Spot = a one-off open-market purchase. |
| PCI Forecast | Wood Mackenzie's Petrochemical Insight — a forward-looking price forecast. |
Why do some KPI cards show "$0.0" or "-"?
This means no data has been entered yet for the selected date or period. Choose a different date, or check with your administrator that the record has been entered.
Can I edit or add data from the main dashboard?
No — data entry is restricted to Administrators. Viewers can browse, filter and export data only. See the Admin Guide if you need entry access.
The PDF export looks slightly different from the screen — why?
The export is a pixel snapshot of the dashboard at the moment you click Export PDF, scaled to fit an A4 landscape page. Any sections you had collapsed will appear collapsed in the PDF as well.
How often is the data updated?
Data is refreshed whenever an administrator enters new figures. Check the "Last Updated On" timestamp in the header to see when the dataset was last changed.
