Before You Start
Make sure you have the following ready:
Your Employee ID
The item list Admin has circulated, with each item's reference number (e.g. "F-2", "E-18") and its minimum auction amount
A read of the Auction Terms & Conditions — you can open these directly from the bid form, and you'll be asked to confirm you've read and accepted them before submitting
Every item has a minimum auction amount. Your bid must be strictly higher than that minimum — bidding exactly at, or below, the minimum will not be accepted.
Accessing the Bid Form
Open the bid form link shared by Admin/HR in your web browser — it works the same on desktop and mobile. You'll land on the "In-House Employee Auction" page for LOTTE Chemical Pakistan Limited.
Look for the "User Guide" button in the top-right of the page at any time — it brings you back to this same walkthrough, on the site itself, if you need a refresher while filling in the form.
Step 1 — Enter Your Employee ID
Type your Employee ID into the Employee ID field. As soon as it's recognised, your Name, Designation, and Department appear automatically — these fields are read-only, so there is nothing to type there. Your Contact Number fills in too, from HR records — feel free to correct it if it's out of date.
- See "Employee ID not found. Please check with Admin"? Double-check the number you entered. If it's correct and still not recognised, contact Admin — your record may not be listed yet.
- Each Employee ID can submit one bid only — see "One bid per employee" below.
Step 2 — Choose Your Item(s) and Bid
Under "Item selection & bid":
- Choose an item from the "Select an item" dropdown. Each item is listed with its item number and name, e.g. "F-2 — Finn Coffee Maker Machine".
- Enter your bid amount in "Bid amount (PKR)". The moment you pick an item, a note appears showing that item's minimum bid — your amount must be higher than this minimum, or the form will not accept it.
- To bid on more than one item in the same submission, click "+ Add another item" and repeat. Each item can only be selected once — if you try to pick the same item in two rows, it's greyed out in the second row.
- To remove a row you no longer need, click the × button next to it (you must always keep at least one item row).
Step 3 — Choose Your Mode of Payment
Select one of the following:
Cheque — issued in favour of LOTTE Chemical Pakistan Limited
Pay Order — issued in favour of LOTTE Chemical Pakistan Limited
Online Transfer — use the bank account details shared separately by Admin/Finance
Step 4 — Confirm the Required Checkboxes
Tick all four confirmation boxes before submitting — all are required:
Tax acknowledgment — that all applicable taxes will be levied at the time of payment
Item inspection confirmation — that you have inspected, or had the opportunity to inspect, the item(s)
Terms & Conditions acceptance — tap the "Auction Terms & Conditions" link in that line to open the full terms in a popup and read them before ticking the box
Employee declaration — that the details you've provided are true and correct, and that you are submitting this bid yourself
Step 5 — Submit and Save Your Reference
Click "Submit bid." If everything is complete, you'll see a confirmation banner with a reference number, for example:
AUC-20260930-153000-9F3A
Keep this reference for your records — you'll be contacted if you win an item.
One Bid Per Employee
Each Employee ID can submit exactly one bid. If you try to submit a second time, the form will stop you and show the reference number of your existing bid instead of saving a new one.
Need to change your bid?
You can't edit or resubmit it yourself. Contact Admin — they can remove your existing bid, which frees up your Employee ID to submit a fresh one.
The Submission Deadline
If Admin has set a deadline, you'll see it at the top of the bid form along with a live day count, for example:
Submission deadline: 30 September 2026 — 12 days remaining while there's time left
Today is the last day to submit a bid on the deadline date itself
This auction is now closed once the deadline has passed — contact Admin if you believe this is a mistake
If Something's Missing
If you forget a checkbox, pick an item that's no longer available, or enter a bid at or below the minimum, the form will not submit. Instead, it reloads with a message explaining exactly what to fix — for example:
Example message
"The entered amount must be greater than the minimum auction amount of PKR 2,000 for 'Finn Coffee Maker Machine'. Please enter a higher amount."
Importantly, nothing you already typed is lost when this happens — your Employee ID, items, bid amounts, payment mode, and any checkboxes you had already ticked all stay exactly as you left them. Just fix what's mentioned and submit again.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I submit more than one bid?
No — each Employee ID may submit one bid only. You can include multiple items in that single submission using "Add another item."
What if my Employee ID is not recognised?
Contact Admin/HR to confirm your Employee ID is correctly listed in the system.
What happens after I submit?
Your bid is recorded with a reference number. Admin reviews all bids after the auction closes and contacts winning bidders directly with payment instructions.
What if two people bid the same highest amount on an item?
Admin's reporting tools flag this as a tie automatically, and it's resolved manually (e.g. by contacting both bidders) — it's not decided by whoever bid first.
Can I use the form on my phone?
Yes — the form works on both desktop and mobile browsers.
